Beecher's Handmade Cheese I stumbled upon this handmade cheese-making mecca a few weeks ago while on a stroll to the Union Square Farmer's Market in the Flatiron District in NYC and was blown away by the impressive facility and store/restaurant as soon as I walked in. Founded by Seattle cheese maker Kurt Beecher Dammeier, Beecher's
